The All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) is an annual initiative by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, aimed at systematically collecting comprehensive data on the status of higher education across the country. Launched in 2010–11, AISHE covers all recognized institutions—universities, colleges, and standalone institutions—to gather detailed information on student enrollment, faculty, infrastructure, academic programs, and financial resources.

PM Vidyalaxmi Scheme
In order to provide easy and quick availability of Educational Loan for meritorious students of top 860 Quality Higher Educational Institutions, the PM Vidyalaxmi scheme was launched on 6th November 2024.
The scheme enables collateral free, guarantor free education loans by banks through a simple, transparent, student friendly and digital application process.
